  at 9:00 am\nMeeting starts at 9:30 am\nThe Annual Membership Meeting for 
 2024 will be held at the Hebrew Center\, 130 Center Street\, Vineyard Have
 n\, MA 02568\, on Sunday\, July 14th at 9:30 a.m.\n\nThe purpose of the me
 eting is to hear or distribute annual reports\, to approve the minutes of 
 last year's meeting\, the nominated slate of Officers and Trustees\, appro
 ve the proposed FY25 Budget\, and any other matter that may arise.\n\n 	Th
 e meeting will be a hybrid of in-person and remote attendance.\n 	Registra
 tion will be required to attend in person or remotely.\n 	Annual Meeting D
 ocuments - Agenda\, Slate of Trustees\, proposed Budget and other document
 s will be available shortly to view on the website\, and follow in another
  email.\n 	If you are not certain that you will attend the meeting\, wheth
 er in person or via Zoom\, please submit a Proxy.\n 	The meeting is open t
 o all members in good standing who wish to cast a vote.\n 	The section of 
 the ByLaws which sets rules for the meeting and mandates this mailing is p

 l Meeting” tab.\n\n\n\n\nArticle IV – Meetings\nSection 1 - The Annual
  Meeting of the Congregation shall take place on the second Sunday of July
  or such other date in July as designated by the Board of Trustees. Separa
 te written notice of the Annual Meeting and appropriate proxy forms shall 
 be sent to all members of the Congregation in good standing at least twent
 y-one (21) days prior to the date of the meeting\, specifying the date\, t
 ime\, place and purpose of the meeting.\nSection 3 – Seventy five (75) m
 embers of the Congregation in good standing shall constitute a quorum for 
 the transaction of business at any meeting of the congregation\, No decisi
 on\, however\, shall be taken unless supported by a vote of a majority (ex
 cept where a two-thirds (2/3) vote is required\, as in Articles VIII\, X a
 nd XIII) of members of the Congregation in good standing\, present at the 
 meeting or by proxy\, at the time of the meeting.\nSection 4 – At all me
 etings of the membership\, any member in good standing shall be entitled t
 o vote in person or by proxy. The designated proxy shall be limited to a p
 erson whose name appears on the active membership rolls and whose dues pay
 ments are current. Such proxy must be in writing and filed with the Record
 ing Secretary before the meeting.
