 ven\, MA 02568\, on Sunday\, July 13th. Coffee and refreshments will be av
 ailable at 9:00 am\, and the meeting will gavel to order at 9:30 am.\n\nTh
 e purpose of the meeting is to approve the minutes of last year's meeting\
 , vote on the nominated slate of Officers and Trustees\, approve the propo
 sed FY26 Budget\, to hear/distribute annual reports\, and any other matter
  that may arise. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend in 
 person. If you cannot attend in person\, you may attend remotely and also 
 cast your vote via Zoom. If you are not certain you will attend please mak
 e sure to submit a proxy no later than Thursday\, July 10th at midnight.\n
